Terms of Service

By accessing or using JurisAide, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your firm. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

JurisAide is practice-management software. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No attorney–client relationship is formed between you and JurisAide. Use of the service is not a substitute for the independent professional judgment of a licensed attorney.

You and your firm are solely responsible for all work product, including any documents, motions, contracts, demand letters, calculations, deadlines, and communications produced with the help of JurisAide. All AI-generated drafts must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed attorney before they are relied upon, sent, or filed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of citations, facts, dates, figures, and deadlines, and for confirming compliance with the rules and law of the relevant jurisdiction.

You remain responsible for your professional and ethical obligations, including confidentiality, competence, supervision of non-lawyer assistance, conflict checking, and proper handling of client funds. JurisAide’s conflict-check and deadline features are aids only and do not replace your independent diligence.

Paid plans are billed per attorney seat on a recurring basis (Solo $199/mo, Firm $399/seat/mo, Growth $599/seat/mo) via our payment processor, by card or bank debit (ACH). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JurisAide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated output that was not independently reviewed by a licensed attorney.
